A credit card is required to book appointments but will not be charged at the time of booking. Please notify us if you will be late. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will need to wait for the next available time with your service provider. We require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations that are not rescheduled within 30 days will result in a $20 fee for spray tanning services or a 50% fee for sugaring services. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. If you reschedule within 30 days, any fees incurred will be applied as a credit toward your rescheduled service.

You can reschedule your appointment without any fees if done at least 12 hours in advance. For changes made within 12 hours of your appointment, a $20 fee applies to spray tanning services, and a 50% fee applies to sugaring services. As long as you reschedule within 30 days, these fees will be applied as a credit toward your rescheduled service.
