A credit card is required to book appointments. We require a 10% refundable deposit at time of booking for appointments totaling more than $41. Please notify us if you will be late. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will need to wait for the next available time with your service provider. We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations after this time will be charged a $20 fee that can be applied to a service that is rescheduled within 30 days. No-shows and cancellations less than 12 hours before appointments will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. If you reschedule within 30 days, any fees incurred will be applied as a credit toward your rescheduled service.

You can reschedule your appointment without any fees, if done at least 24 hours in advance. For changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, a $20 fee applies to spray tanning services, and a 50% fee applies to sugaring services. For appointments rescheduled within 12 hours of your appointment, the full service fee will be charged to the card on file. As long as you reschedule within 30 days, these fees will be applied as a credit toward your rescheduled service.
