A credit card is required to book appointments. New clients will be charged a $1 refundable deposit at time of booking. This deposit is automatically applied to your total at checkout. Please notify us if you will be late. For clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late, there is a $10 late fee. Additionally, there's a possibility that you will need to wait for the next available opening with your service provider.

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment without any fees, when done at least 24 hours in advance. For changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, a $25 fee applies to spray tanning services, and a 50% fee applies to sugaring services. For appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 12 hours of your appointment, the full service fee will be charged to the card on file.

Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment and a 30-day written cancellation notice. Membership services & discounts are only applicable when the membership is active. Memberships and packages are not shareable. All memberships, packages and gift cards are non-refundable.

If you’re dissatisfied with your spray tan or sugaring service, we offer a free touch-up the next day. If the service does not meet Baked Sunless standards, we are more than happy to speak with you about how we can improve.
