A credit card is required to book appointments. New clients will be charged a $1 refundable deposit at time of booking. This deposit is automatically applied to your total at checkout. Please notify us if you will be late. For clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late, there is a $10 late fee. Additionally, there's a possibility that you will need to wait for the next available opening with your service provider.
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations between 12-24 hours prior to their appointment will be charged a $20 fee. No-shows and cancellations less than 12 hours before appointments will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

You can reschedule your appointment without any fees, if done at least 24 hours in advance. For changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, a $20 fee applies to spray tanning services, and a 50% fee applies to sugaring services. For appointments rescheduled within 12 hours of your appointment, the full service fee will be charged to the card on file.

Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment and a 30-day written cancellation notice. Membership services & discounts are only applicable when the membership is active. All memberships, packages and gift cards are non-refundable. ONLY the 5 session package can be shared between friends and family.
